CHIVITO WEEKEND

El Chivito es el plato más emblemático de la gastronomía casual uruguaya y el único que lleva el título de “uruguayo” sea donde sea que lo sirvan. El Chivito Weekend es un Festival Homenaje a dicho plato, donde participé realizando el poster e imagen del evento que convocó a miles de personas movidas por la cultura gastronómica tradicional. // 2018 //

The «Chivito» is the most emblematic dish of Uruguayan casual cuisine and the only one that bears the title of Uruguayan wherever it is served.
